Soda Aromatic Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of fragrance preparations, synthetic fragrances and chemical products. The Compound Perfume segment manufactures and sells fragrances used in cosmetics and shampoos, flavor products used in drinks and confectioneries. The Synthetic Perfume and Chemical segment manufactures and sells synthetic perfumes and chemical products. The Overseas segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of various fragrances in Asia area. The Others segment is involved in the sale of various fragrances in domestic market. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had six subsidiaries and one affiliated company.
